The diabetes annual cycle of care is an annual checklist for reviewing your diabetes management and general health. Your doctor will perform reviews to help you and other health professionals manage your diabetes, and your risk of diabetes-related complications.

The physical observations and collection of information will be undertaken by a Registered Nurse. Following this, your doctor will see you and may request additional clinical tests be ordered.
